Chris Pine is beyond fit!

The Star Trek Beyond actor is the latest cover star on Men’s Fitness, where he showed off his chiseled body and revealed how he maintains his out of this world physique.

In the July/August 2016 issue, which hits newsstands June 27, the 35-year-old revealed he almost didn’t become an actor. During his college days well before he became a Hollywood hunk, he felt “alone” and “needed a place to go” to fit in. After trying out acting, he realized he had a natural knack for it.

“The way I recall it, there was no epiphanic moment when I realized I’m an actor,” he told the magazine. “People told me I was good at it, they told me I was handsome, and that felt really good. After feeling so insecure about that stuff, I felt validated.”

Imagine a world without the sexy star as Captain Kirk!

Chris also dished on the forthcoming Star Trek film, the third installment in the franchise, reprising his role as the commander of USS Enterprise as well as Wonder Woman. In the action flick, he will play Gal Gadot’s love interest, and, of course, must stay in shape.
