Joe Jackson reassured his fans today after yesterday's hospitalization by posting a sunny photo of himself taken poolside. In the caption, the 87-year-old patriarch played down his ongoing health issues and wrote, "I Am 100 Percent Alive." But behind the scenes, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that his situation is still very serious, and Katherine is even preparing for his death!

"The photo that was posted on Joe's account today was taken a very, very, very, long time ago and Joe knows this," a source close to the family told Radar, adding that the photo was snapped even prior to Joe's stroke in Brazil this past summer.

And according to the insider, his wife is taking steps to prepare her children for the worst possible outcome.

"Katherine decided that it was time to hold a mandatory family meeting," the insider revealed. "Next week, they are all getting together at the family's estate to discuss the last thing they wanted to talk about, which is the money."

"Katherine and Joe want to let all the kids know that Joe's money will be divided equally amongst the siblings. They believe that, by doing this, it will prevent any family drama to occur and no one will feel left out."

"Joe told Katherine to let them all know that no matter what happens, the last thing he wants is for his family to be destroyed like they were after Michael's death."

Story developing.
