Vicki Taking Legal Action Against Loudmouth Ex Brooks Ayers

Real Housewives of Orange County star Vicki Gunvalson is not about to let her ex -boyfriend Brooks Ayers ruin her life any longer! RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned that she is taking legal action to make him stop spilling secrets about her life and her show.

As fans of Bravo's hit series know, Gunvalson was dragged through the ringer by Ayers and his infamous cancer scandal.

They broke up months ago but in recent weeks, it all got dredged up again because Ayers has been shopping around  an exclusive interview where he would discuss his cancer diagnosis and the aftermath for tens of thousands of dollars.

However, according to several sources close to the 53-year-old housewife, "Vicki's legal team has already fired off a cease and desist to Brooks to prevent anything like this from happening."

"She just wants him to go away," the insider said. "This mess has cost her a lot."

Luckily for Gunvalson, as RadarOnline.com previously reported, she is definitely back on for Season 11 and has already started filming.

When asked about her involvement in Ayers money-hungry ploy earlier this week, the gorgeous RHOC veteran told RadarOnline.com, “I don’t want anything to do with Brooks. We have been broken up for nine months and I don’t want to talk about his damn cancer.”
