Ben Affleck & Henry Cavill Reveal Their Superhero Workouts In 'Muscle & Fitness'

Batman will take on Superman in theaters on March 25, but Ben Affleck and Henry Cavill had to take on some serious fitness training to shape up for their roles in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice!
In the latest issue of Muscle & Fitness, on newsstands now, Cavill, 32, and Affleck, 43, give a detailed look into their superhero workouts followed to fill their characters’ muscular suits.
To look the part of The Caped Crusader and The Man of Steel, the actors spent a lot of time in the gym with their trainers, Walter Norton Jr. and Mark Twight, even on weekends and holidays.
