Back To Prison? Teresa Pulled Over By The Cops!
Jan. 18 2016, Updated 9:16 p.m. ET
Teresa Giudice has been out of prison for less than a month, but she hasn't escaped the long hand of the law just yet! RadarOnline.com has learned she was pulled over in New Jersey on Thursday night after attending an evening event.
Guidice was heading home after attending her sister-in-law, Melissa Gorga's boutique opening on January 14, when the Uber car she was driving in was pulled over. Initial reports claimed she had nearly violated her probation by staying out past curfew, but a source close to Giudice insisted she was fine.
According to a source, "This entire event is a non-event. Teresa was in no danger of being late. Even if she was, all Teresa has to do is call her probation officer, and explain why she was running late."
The source insisted, "The entire time Teresa has been out on house arrest she hasn't come even close to missing her 10 pm curfew. She would have been in trouble if she was late and hadn't called, but she is in constant communication with her probation officer."
