Sarah Palin gets brutally honest over daughter Bristol's second pregnancy out of wedlock.
During a tell-all interview with Tracy Smith on CBS, the former governor of Alaska opened up about Bristol's wedding to Marine Medal of Honor recipient Dakota Meyer that was called off earlier this year.
"You mentioned that one of your disappointments this year was Bristol's wedding falling through," said Smith, asking, "That can't be how you saw this playing out—unmarried and pregnant again?"
"Heck, no," Palin answered. "Because being a single mom is, oh my goodness, my heart goes out to the single parents."
"But my enormous admiration for what it is that they're able to accomplish doing double-duty," she continued. "And I watch Bristol do double-duty all the time, you know, with her little boy, Tripp.
Of course, Palin considers her newest grandchild—who Bristol announced would be a girl—a blessing.

"I can't wait for about 45 more days, and I'm gonna have a little baby granddaughter," she gushed. "And I'm happy about it."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Palin's 24-year-old daughter, who has a 6-year-old boy named Tripp, came under criticism when she publicly revealed she was pregnant again in June, after making a good living on the public speaking circuit touting abstinence after becoming a national celebrity as a teenage mom-to-be during her mother's political campaign in 2008.

When reminded that Bristol's lifestyle "goes against everything you stand for," Palin didn't bat an eye.
"Well, the cool thing about puttin' your faith in God is, He certainly is a God of second chances, and third, and fourth, and fifth chances. I screw up all the time."
