Now that Amber Marchese has left The Real Housewives of New Jersey, could Melissa Gorga be next? RadarOnline.com has learned exclusively that as contracts for the upcoming seventh season remain on hold, Bravo executives have told Melissa Gorga that she better be ready to amp up her antics if she wants to stay on board.

"Bravo warned Melissa that she is very boring and has no storyline," an insider told RadarOnline.com.

"She doesn't fight with Joe, and the music career thing didn't work out," the source said. "She really has nothing else going on."

So, Gorga decided to start a new business. As RadarOnline.com reported, she recently was spotted filming at a boutique near her home.

"That's why she is opening up the store, so that's her storyline," the source explained.

Meanwhile, fashionista and former "friend of the Housewives" Kim DePaola has been talking to producers about returning to the show, and she could be an added source of drama for Gorga.

Kim DePaola

DePaola owns fashion boutique Posche in New Jersey, and the source claimed, "Melissa asked for Kim's help and wants her to come to the opening. She's kissing Kim's butt."

However, the source said that it seems like ultimately producers plan to make it look like Gorga opened her own store to compete with DePaola's.

"Melissa told Kim it wouldn't be competing because her store is in a different town from Kim's store," the source explained. "But one of the storylines is going be Melissa's store against Kim's store."

"Melissa copied Kim," the source concluded. "It's all to make herself interesting again."
