In a sneak-peak for the upcoming season of Keeping Up With The Kardashians, the shamed reality star crumbles into tears during a tense Kardashian family intervention.

"It's been a really hard time having all of you guys to having nobody," Disick cries to Kardashian sisters Kourtney, Kim and Khloe, as well as "momager" Kris Jenner.

The "lord" was famously booted out of the reality TV family after he was caught canoodling with ex-girlfriend Chloe Bartoli while on vacation in June. Kourtney soon called it quits with Disick and sent him packing as she continued to look after their three children.

Since the split, Disick has been spotted partying , clubbing and hanging out with young models, though the near-death of Khloe's estranged husband Lamar Odom seemed to scare him into rehab once more.
