Look out Vicki Gunvalson, ex-boyfriend Brooks Ayers is spilling the beans – on his side of the story at least.
The Real Housewives of Orange County star sat down with E! News to set the record straight on his now-over relationship with the series' original cast member.
"We made the decision that we probably weren't going to be forever," he told E!'s Melanie Bromley during the bombshell interview. "Given the fact that Tamra Judge made the comments that she did after season 9 that this was going to be Vicki's year in the 'box' so to speak, it made me an easy target."
Ayers also claims that his cancer drama became a focal point of the show only after Bravo execs said they'd reduce Vicki's role without it.

Though the longtime bachelor claims the couple tried "reality TV counseling" in an effort to save their relationship, in the end he knew he'd have to end things.
And now, both parties have happily moved on, he assures.
"I am dating. Vicki is as well. It could be very serious," he said. "I'm just living life with a lot less drama from that perspective."
Whether Brooks' cancer battle is fakery or not, the reality TV regular still insists it's the real deal.
"Unfortunately, I wish it wasn't true," he told Bromley. "It would be a lot easier if I didn't have cancer just to be honest with you. The daily grind, the routines of reminding yourself that I'm sick and I need to do certain things and not do certain things."
Meanwhile, as Radar previously reported, Vicki continues to stand by Brooks' cancer claims, even after their relationship ended. But will the truth be revealed on the RHOC reunion?
Tune into Bravo next Monday at 9 p.m. EST to find out!
