Hamlin was anxious to skip the kind of criticism he got from Kim Richards last season, but the source said, "Lisa explained that with Kim not returning for this season, Harry certainly won't be a topic of conversation. Furthermore, Lisa promised Harry she wouldn't allow his name to be brought up by any of the women at all."

"Lisa has a lucrative clothing line on QVC and will be filmed selling it on RHOBH," the source said. "Lisa wants to expand her brand and sees RHOBH as the best way to do that."

The former Days of Our Lives star, who's been married to the L.A. Law hunk since 1997, previously told Access Hollywood Live that while "Harry didn't do anything," the idea that her co-star rival Richards "threw that out into the universe … fired me up, to be honest with you."

The source previously told Radar, "Lisa is just happy Kim is gone, and is excited to do another season. There was so much buzz about her and it's had a very positive impact on her career."

While Hamlin isn't "happy his wife has continued to do the show," the source said, "he would never give her an ultimatum. If Lisa thought this was a deal breaker for the marriage, she obviously wouldn't do it."
