Rosie O'Donnell's Missing Teen Daughter Found -- All The Details Of Her Discovery

Rosie O'Donnell's missing teen daughter Chelsea has been found, the comedian announced Tuesday night.
In a post on Twitter, O'Donnell wrote, "Chelsea has been found and is safe in police custody. Thank u for all the help and light #missingchildren"
The comedian announced on Twitter earlier in the day that the 17-year-old had not been seen in public since August 11.
She, along with her dog, Bear, were expected to be in the NYC area and were discovered on the New Jersey shore.

Police never classified her as a missing person.
As RadarOnline.com reported, Chelsea's biological mother Deanna Micoley said that the teen had recently expressed a desire to visit her in Wisconsin, but she never materialized.
