Teresa Giudice has agreed to have her Real Housewives of New Jersey garnished by a whopping 25% to pay off outstanding restitution in her bankruptcy fraud case, RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.
Court documents filed on July 6 and obtained by Radar state that Giudice still owes $214,588.90. "It is hereby AGREED that defendant, Teresa Giudice consents to the following: Sirens Media (producer of RHONJ), Garnishee, shall withhold 25% of any monies held on behalf of, or payable to Teresa Giudice, and pay the sum to the plaintiff," the documents state.
"Funds should be made payable by check to, U.S. Treasury, Ref4 13-495 and sent to, United States District Court, Attn: Financial Section, 402 East State St, Trenton, NJ 08608," the papers continue.
Giudice is currently serving a fifteen month prison sentence, and is expected to be released in February.
