Demi Moore is devastated after a 21-year-old man drowned in the pool at her Beverly Hills home, and RadarOnline.com has learned she has offered to pay for the victim's funeral in the hopes of easing his family's suffering.
The tragic death of Edenilson Steven Valle occurred during a late-night gathering held by Moore's assistant Saturday, while the actress was traveling out of the country.
Although neither Moore, 52, nor any of her family members were home when the incident occurred, the source tells RadarOnline.com exclusively that she "feels incredible sorrow over it, which is why she extended the offer."
"Demi and her entire family are just really shaken up by this," the insider continues. "She knows that she has no control over the situation, which even bothered her more."
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Valle was missing for about 10-15 minutes before he was found by other partygoers floating in the deep end of the water at 5:15 a.m. early Sunday. He was pronounced dead by officials 15 minutes later.
