As Disney removes Bill Cosby's statue from one of its parks, the Los Angeles Police Departments confirms that an open investigation on the comedian has begun.

Troubles continued to mount for the embattled 77-year-old after a series of 2005 court docs from his native Pennsylvania were released earlier this week, revealing that The Cosby Show star had purchased "seven prescriptions for quaaludes" to give to women he targeted sexually. (The Associated Press won on a court battle to have the information exposed.)

Cosby has never been criminally charged in connection to the allegations against him, including accusations by more than two-dozen women who claim he sexually abused them.

The man dubbed America's Favorite Dad has yet to comment on the documents.

Meanwhile, many celebrities have withdrawn their support for the actor, including longtime friend Jill Scott and The View cohost Whoopi Goldberg, who said she's "still reserving judgment" for Cosby.
