Finally, some good news for Kim Richards! RadarOnline.com has learned that the Beverly Hills Hotel will not press charges related to her arrest there earlier this year.

"Hotel management has absolutely no interest in having Kim prosecuted for trespassing at the Polo Lounge," an insider told RadarOnline.com.

Thursday morning at the LAX Airport Courthouse, Richards' attorney entered a not guilty plea on her behalf. Richards didn't attend the proceedings.

The troubled mom of four just moved to her third rehab facility since the arrest.

After a TV intervention, Richards entered rehab for the first time at the end of April, where she was reportedly doing well at first. However, after being allowed out on a pass to attend daughter Brooke Brinson's wedding in Mexico, the reality star failed to report back to treatment and, instead, entered another facility in Pacific Palisades on June 2 that specializes in the treatment of mental disorders. Her new Malibu treatment center, which RadarOnline.com has decided not to name, specializes in intensive addiction treatment.

A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for July 10.
