Denise Richards is moving out of Charlie Sheen's Beverly Hills neighborhood, RadarOnline.com has learned. But it's not because of any secret sparring between the exes: A source says Richards is searching for a new house at the beach because their daughters, Sam, and Lola will be going to a new school in the fall.

Earlier this week, Richards listed her Hidden Hills residence for nearly $8 million. The stunning mansion features six bedrooms, and eight bathrooms, a swimming pool, and a custom built dog hotel for the rescued pooches the animal lover works with.

Richards hasn't lived in that home for years, choosing instead to live in a house in Sheen's gated community, Mulholland Estates, which the mercurial actor also owns. Their two daughters, Sam, and Lola went to school nearby.

However, she's now leaving that pad too.

A real estate source said, "Denise is now looking for a house in Pacific Palisades, Santa Monica, or Malibu because the girls will be going to a new school in that area in the fall."

It's unclear if Sheen will sell the 9,000 square foot Beverly Hills mansion near his home, which had been on the market last year for $7,495,000, and has an outdoor pizza oven, lavish grounds, and has six bedrooms, and nine bathrooms.
