Britney Spears is ready to take a bow. RadarOnline.com has learned she wants to have a baby with boyfriend Charlie Ebersol once her Las Vegas show wraps. But is she mentally up to it?
The singer, under a conservatorship since 2008, "must be monitored daily to make sure she takes medications prescribed by her psychiatrist," an insider told Radar. "If Britney misses one day, it can completely derail her. She doesn't fight taking the medication, but someone on Britney's staff is there to make sure it's properly taken."
"And even though her co-conservator, her dad Jamie Spears, doesn't live with her, her bodyguards check in with him daily to let him know how she is doing," the source said.
Mewanwhile, however, Britney is also talking about "starting a family with Charlie, and would love to have a baby girl," the source said. "It's no secret that Britney has wanted to have a baby girl."
"She also wants to take a break from her Planet Hollywood residency," which is scheduled to run until 2016, according to the source. "She is just over it."

But the source said, "Her dad knows the best way to keep Britney out of trouble is for her to be busy working. Whether it's performing in Las Vegas, or going out on the road to tour, Britney won't be sitting around. It's just not good for her."
