Joe Giudice is not only juicy— he's greedy!

The Real Housewives of New Jersey star, 43, who signed a deal last month for a spinoff about his life as a single dad while wife Teresa finishes her prison sentence, just blew an opportunity for big bucks.

"Bravo killed the show because Joe wanted too much money,” a source tells RadarOnline.com. "He won't be getting a spinoff after all. A show with Joe taking the girls to school just wasn't worth it.”

In addition, jailbird Teresa's lawyer wouldn't allow her phone calls to the family to be filmed for the show.

"Teresa's lawyer didn't want to anger prison officials and jeopardize her December release,” source explained.

Joe's already in a load of trouble. As RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, the father of four was caught canoodling with a strip club employee at a New Jersey restaurant on April 29.

The cheating husband met Samary Graulau, 27, at raunchy gentlemen's club, Breathless, where she works as a bartender.
