Introducing Israel: Jill Duggar & Derick Dillard Announce New Baby Boy On Camera!

While the birth of little Israel didn't go according to plan, Jill and Derick Dillard announced the arrival of their baby boy smiling from ear to ear.
While new baby Israel has already had his first photo op, now he's also the star of his first video!
In a sweet clip at the hospital, the 19 Kids And Counting couple introduced their baby boy, born on Monday, April 6, at 11:49pm, to the world.
"Hey everybody, it's Derick and Jill Dillard, and we've got an exciting birth announcement," Derick says in the clip.

"We're so excited to announce the birth of our son, Israel David Dillard," the new mother, holding the newborn, said. "He weighs a whopping 9 pounds, 10 ounces, and he was 23 inches in length."
"And not everything went as expected," Jill continued, quoting a Bible verse that she said gave her and Derick encouragement.
The new parents were planning a home birth but things turned out a little differently than expected when Jill went into premature labor.
