Exclusive: Domestic Violence Charges Against Jenelle's Ex Fiance Nathan Griffith Have Been Dropped, Evans' Attorney Confirms

Jenelle Evans' estranged fiancé Nathan Griffith appeared in a South Carolina court on Wednesday for his domestic violence arrest this March, but RadarOnline has learned exclusively that the charges against him have been dropped!
RadarOnline.com first caught wind of Evan's change of heart when Griffith shared that his former flame didn't "want me to have charges" and hoped she would "ask to dismiss them."
Now, Evan's attorney Amy Lawrence has officially confirmed Griffith's legal reprieve.
"All the charges against Nathan Griffith were dropped in court today," Lawrence tells RadarOnline.com exclusively.
But that's not all; Evan's lawyer also shared that the once couple has been ordered to participate in counseling sessions moving forward.
"He and Jenelle have to go to four counseling sessions together," Lawrence explained. "They are not together and remain broken up, but the counseling sessions are in place to help them be better parents."
Griffith was first charged in March 2015 when police responded to "some kind of physical assault" at the couple's home. Soon after, heartbroken Evans fled to Puerto Rico to lick her wounds and -- of course -- post a bikini selfie or two.
But Evans may have a few skeletons in the closet as well. Nearly one month after the domestic dispute, the Teen Mom 2 star was thrust the microscope after a former friend accused her of second-degree harassment.
Will these two be able to work things out? Let us know in the comments below!
