According to permits filed with the City of Malibu and obtained by Radar, a year and a half before the Olympian dropped a whopping $3.575 million on the secluded Malibu estate, it was decked out with a complete remodel of the most intimate areas of the house. Now, the amenities like a step-in shower and boutique-worthy styling room would rival those of any of the Kardashian gals!
In what's likely to have been a big draw for Jenner, the massive wood-lined walk-in closet features drawers, chests, racks and a wide array of shoe space that is sure to be filled from top to bottom with the 65-year-old's newly feminine wardrobe.
In addition, the master bathroom has been recently outfitted with a makeup vanity, double sinks, soaking tub with incredible view, and glass enclosed shower.

Jenner won't be the only one to feel right at home in his ultra-private sanctuary. When his sons Burt, Brody and Brendan and daughters Kendall and Kylie visit, they'll be able to take a dip in the 28-foot pool the previous owner spent $50,000 to build in 2009 and stay in the four bedrooms, including the 700 square foot guest unit. Even Bruce's beloved luxury cars like his 2011 Porsche 997 coupe and 2007 Harley Davidson motorcycle — both of which he got in the divorce — have a place of their own in the new 900 square foot attached garage with sprawling deck space, all of which was built for more than half a million dollars in 2008.
