The hits keep on coming for the beleaguered Brown family.

RadarOnline.com has learned that while Bobbi Kristina Brown's family gathers at the comatose girl's bedside, they've gotten the bad news that a family member has run into trouble with the law.

Bobbi Kristina's cousin, Jerod Brown-Carter, is currently incarcerated in the Atlanta City Jail after he was pulled over by police officers and arrested for having an active warrant out of Gwinnett County, Georgia, "false representation to police" and "driving without a license", Atlanta's FOX 5 News is reporting.

An incident report in the case states that officers stopped Brown-Carter around 2a.m. this morning after one policeman claimed that he smelled "the distinct odor of marijuana" coming from the man's car.

When asked if there were drugs present in the vehicle, Brown-Carter answered, "No, but we just came from the studio."

After then claiming he didn't have his license with him, Brown-Carter reportedly told police his name was Jahraim Wallace Reid.
