The man who discovered Bobbi Kristina Brown unconscious in her bathtub is not only associated with drug dealing and guns — he also has a history of physical violence, RadarOnline.com can exclusively reveal.
According to Georgia state court documents obtained by RadarOnline.com, Max Lomas, 24, was charged with to two counts of battery causing visible harm and one count of possession of alcohol as a minor in connection with a 2011 brawl that also involved Brown and her now-husband Nick Gordon, 25.
But more than a year after the April 1, 2011 incident, the charges were dropped, a court spokesperson confirms to RadarOnline.com. It is unclear why prosecutors made that decision.
As The National ENQUIRER previously reported, Lomas approached a car carrying Brown, then just 18, and punched the front seat passenger, Justin Walls, multiple times in the face until he was bleeding from the mouth.
Police reports also indicated that Gordon waved a handgun in the air to intimidate the men in the vehicle with Brown.
Lomas, who as RadarOnline.com exclusively reported, was charged with possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of Xanax, and possession of a firearm earlier this month, once dated the troubled 21-year-old daughter of the late Whitney Houston, The ENQUIRER noted.
Lomas has more than two run-ins with the law on his record. RadarOnline.com can also reveal that he was thrown out of his Dunwoody, Georgia apartment complex after failing to comply with regulations.
If Brown pulls through her current medical crisis, she may want to consider finding new friends.
