After Recent Facelift, Dina Lohan Arrives In L.A. To Begin Filming ‘Millionaire Matchmaker’

Dina Lohan has arrived in Los Angeles to begin filming Patti Stanger's Millionaire Matchmaker, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
Lindsay's mom flew into Los Angeles on Sunday and is "very, very excited to meet all of the men that Patti has arranged to set her up with," a source told RadarOnline.com.
“Dina feels very confident about her looks, the source said, after “having undergone a minor cosmetic procedure, the liquid facial which involves fillers.” (Liquid facelifts are popular because there aren’t any knives or surgical incisions. Instead, the procedure involves injecting a filler such as Juviderm or Restylane along a patient’s jaw, and side of the face. The desired result is a softer, fresher appearance, and can last up to six months.)

Bravo paid for the procedure, and Dina allowed it to be filmed.

Insiders told RadarOnline.com not to "expect Patti to go easy on Dina, even though the two are pals.
"Patti won't allow Dina to not be honest about what type of man she is interested in -- Dina should be prepared to see a totally different side of Patti than she is used to."
The cash-strapped momager will be paid $25k to appear on Millionaire Matchmaker.
