Lea Michele Pays Tribute To Cory Monteith On What Would Have Been His 32nd Birthday

Lea Michele paid tribute Sunday to her late on and off-screen boyfriend, Cory Monteith.
"The biggest heart and most beautiful smile.. In all of our hearts.. We love you so. Happy Birthday," Michelle wrote alongside one of her favorite pics of the pair together.
The charming Glee star died last July 13 of a heroin overdose while visiting friends in Canada.
His death stunned fans of the show and Michele who had stayed by his side during his stint in rehab not long before his tragic death.
Monteith would have been 32 today.
