Mary-Kate Olsen And Olivier Sarkozy Buy $13.5 Million Lovenest
Mary-Kate Olsen and her fiancé Olivier Sarkozy have purchased a $13.5 million townhouse in NYC.
Two years after purchasing a townhouse at half that cost -- and then never moving into it -- the pair opted on their new place in part because it is in the somewhat out-of-the-way Manhattan neighborhood of Turtle Bay, reports the New York Post.
The house has a massive 8,000 sq. ft. and includes a ballroom, elevator and five bedrooms.

The previous owner was artist David Deutsch, who had his studio there.
Olsen and Sarkozy became engaged in February and some in the Big Apple are saying their new home is the perfect venue for their wedding.
