Mary-Kate Olsen and her fiancé Olivier Sarkozy have purchased a $13.5 million townhouse in NYC.
Two years after purchasing a townhouse at half that cost -- and then never moving into it -- the pair opted on their new place in part because it is in the somewhat out-of-the-way Manhattan neighborhood of Turtle Bay, reports the New York Post.
The house has a massive 8,000 sq. ft. and includes a ballroom, elevator and five bedrooms.
