Putting Dr. Jen Arnold’s cancer diagnosis on the back burner to celebrate a family milestone, The Little Couple took a family trip to the zoo for Will’s 4th birthday with an adorable visit to feed the giraffes.

In this sneak peek of the upcoming episode obtained by RadarOnline.com the happy family take their two children with dwarfism to the zoo.

“He’s having a good time now,” dad Bill Klein says about their young son.

I think Will’s favorite part of the giraffe feeding was the anticipation.”

And happily on the trip with her two children, Jen explains why she thinks her son is so overjoyed feeding the animals.

“Will has this thing,” his proud mama explains.

“It is part of his personality that he likes to do for others…he equates eating with happiness and it made him happy because he felt like he made the giraffe happy.”
