Bree Walker, the newscaster who gained fame spreading awareness of her rare genetic condition called ectrodactyly, was arrested in Anaheim, Calif. in connection with suspicion of misdemeanor DUI Wednesday, RadarOnline.com has learned.
Anaheim police Lt. Tim Schmidt said that the 61-year-old TV journalist, who worked for KCBS for much of the 80s and 90s, was taken into custody at 1:47 a.m. Wednesday, close to the intersection of Beach Boulevard and Ball Road, and released about four hours later.

According to online reports, the broadcaster had her pit bull (named "Petey") with her, and the canine was taken to animal control after Walker's arrest.
Walker has had her past battles with the bottle, having entered an alcohol rehabilitation program seven years ago, and was seen two years ago in a RadarOnline.com exclusive tossing some back at a Southern California watering hole.
The beauty is no stranger to scandal either, as she and ex-husband Jim Lampley were initially co-anchors married to other people when they first hooked up in 1990.
