It's no secret Justin Bieber's not going to win any popularity awards in his adopted neighborhood of Calabasas, Calif., but we didn't know just how deep the irritation there runs for the cocky Canadian crooner.

In a new video interview with one of the singer's neighbors -- an unidentified woman with blonde hair -- the lady laughs off Bieber's recent drag racing and DUI arrest with the clichéd (yet possibly-appropriate) saying, "Karma's a b*tch!"

The attractive neighbor, interviewed at a food truck, added that she's not Bieber's next door neighbor, but rather neighbors with former NFL wide receiver Keyshawn Johnson, who himself has been an outspoken critic of the pop star's recklessness behind the wheel.

The NFL's former first overall pick-turned Dancing with the Stars contestant -- who clashed on at least one occasion with the singer -- recently sold his luxury home in the celeb community at a reduced asking price to one Kourtney Kardashian (setting up some epic confrontations should her future brother-in-law Kanye West show up when the Biebs is doing his best NASCAR impression).

The residents of Calabasas have reason to celebrate after it emerged the 19-year-old has moved out of the upper-class community northwest of Los Angeles.

"The peace and privacy of our residents is the city’s top priority. We have unfortunately had a number of breaches of the peace related to Mr. Bieber and his residence, and the sheriff has acted appropriately in addressing those incidents," Calabasas Mayor Fred Gaines told the Los Angeles Times after news broke.
