The suicide that took place at Olivia Newton-John's mansion in August has made the Florida estate difficult to sell.
The singer has just knocked down the price by $500,000 to $5.7 million, GossipExtra is reporting.
The singer/actor and her husband John Easterling bought the waterfront house in 2009 for $4.1 million and then paid contractor Christopher Pariseleti $2 million for a top-to-bottom renovation.
Tragically, Pariseleti, who reportedly was suffering serious financial problems, committed suicide on the property in August.
Houses where murders or suicides take place are notoriously difficult to sell and often have major price reductions before they do.
