Chris Brown's time in the Hollywood Hills might be drawing to a close.
The Grammy-winning "With You" singer has put up for sale his 3,000 sq. ft., three-bedroom, three-bathroom home in the exclusive area for $1.92 million, more than six months after code officials forced him to paint over murals he'd adorned the side of his house with, citing gripes from his neighbors.
Among the features of the four-story hip-hip home, per the RealeStalker: a sand pit, a saltwater pool/spa, an LED light show, a shower/massage system, and a movie screen w/projector, a classic Italian kitchen. Outside luxuries of the abode include fire pits, and waterfalls composed of stone.
