Kate Gosselin Withdraws Lawsuit Against Book Author & Ex-Husband

Kate Gosselin has ended her lawsuit against author Robert Hoffman and her ex-husband, Jon Gosselin, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
On Wednesday, the mom of eight asked for a "voluntary dismissal" of the multimillion dollar suit that alleged Hoffman had penned his self-published book about her using information obtained by Jon through hacking into her computer and stealing her identity.

On November 19, Kate filed to release Jon as a defendant in the the lawsuit but kept the case against Hoffman going.
This new move ends the lawsuit entirely.
