Courtney Stodden was just an inch away from being arrested for indecent exposure Saturday night when she hit the red carpet for the first time since her surprise split from Doug Hutchinson.

Stodden attended the 2013 Eagle & Badge Gala: In The Line of Duty Awards at the JW Marriott in downtown Los Angeles.

Honoring California's Attorney General, with Grammy-winner Colbie Caillet performing and former Entertainment Tonight anchor Mary Hart hosting we're not exactly sure why Stodden was on the guest list -- but all eyes were definitely on her.

Stodden wore a black mini-mini skirt and black cleavage-baring (that's an understatement) top to the function, and proudly posed with a cop's cycle on the carpet.

Hutchinson, the Teen Bride's husband of two years, apparently didn't make the guest list and Stodden is no longer wearing the wedding ring he gave her.
