Peter Facinelli Spends $2M On Home Just Down The Street From Where He Lived With Ex-Wife Jennie Garth

Actor Peter Facinelli has purchased a $2.015 million home just down the street from where he once lived with ex-wife, Jennie Garth, and RadarOnline.com has all the photos and details.
Facinelli and Garth sold their Toluca Lake, Calif. estate in August for $3.99 million, a painful $2 million less than they originally paid for it.
According to property records obtained by Trulia.com, Facinelli's new home features 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms with a spacious open floor plan.
At 3,966 square-feet, the newly-built modernized house has a gorgeous kitchen and a large family room with a built-in entertainment center.
Outside, Facinelli can relax in his saltwater pool and spa.
The master bedroom suite is huge, boasting a white marble vanity with dual sinks, large glass show, and an upscale spa tub.
Facinelli, 39, and Garth, 41, have three children together -- Luca Belle, Lola Ray and Fiona Eve.
