Michael Strahan has put his ritzy Manhattan loft on the market for $2.25 million, and RadarOnline.com has all the details.
It's no surprise why -- the successful Live! with Kelly and Michael talk show host is moving on up with his lady love!
Early this October, the New York Daily News reported that Strahan and his girlfriend, Eddie Murphy's ex-wife, Nicole Murphy, have been scoping out a $25 million New York penthouse — directly across the street from the ABC Studios where he shoots his talk show.
The apartment, a duplex with Central Park views, is at 150 Columbus Ave., already home to some rich and famous folks such as broadcaster Marv Albert.
And the pricey unit Strahan and Murphy have been looking at boasts 5,500 square-feet and 10 rooms, including 5 bedrooms.
Meanwhile, according to nycurbed.com, the former football star is selling his home in the Tribeca area of lower Manhattan for $2.25 million.

He bought the loft in the Tribeca Space building for $1.66 million in 2008 and tried to unload it in 2010 for $1.85 million.
After it failed to sell, Strahan rented out the apartment.
The 1,911-square-foot loft has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 18-foot-tall ceilings, sandblasted brick walls, oak floors, and stainless steel appliances. The building has a doorman, a gym and a playroom for children.
The former New York Giants player once owned a lavish $3.6 million 30-room mansion in Montclair, NJ, but lost it during a messy divorce.
After Strahan and his second wife Jean Muggli broke up, a judge reportedly ordered their mansion to be auctioned off and the proceeds split evenly between them in 2007.
But now he and Murphy, according to the Daily News, live in a $20 million apartment in Beverly Hills--and are eyeing the possible new Manhattan home.
