Mark Wahlberg finally has a buyer for his pricy $12.995 million Beverly Hills estate and RadarOnline.com has all the photos and details.
It took nearly five years, according to Redfin, but the hunky actor sold the 11,500 square-foot modern Mediterranean home recently.
Originally listed for a whopping $15.9 million in 2008, the massive home features a screening room, recording studio and detached gym with a full-size boxing ring the actor and father of four used to stay in tip-top shape.
The outdoor space has courts for basketball, racquetball, tennis and a putting green, as well as a large swimming pool with a water slide with sweeping views of Benedict Canyon.
Wahlberg purchased the property in 2001 for a cool $5 million and spent two years remodeling the home.
