Jessica Simpson Finally Sells Beverly Hills Home For $6.4 Million

Jessica Simpson has finally sold the Beverly Hills home she owned before moving into Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne's $11 million Hidden Hills mansion, and RadarOnline.com has all the photos and details.
Originally listed in May for nearly $8 million, Simpson sold the 5,500 square-foot home for this month for $6.4 million, which is still about $1.2 million more than she originally purchased it for in 2005 right after she divorced then-hubby, Nick Lachey.
The 5-bedroom, 6-bathroom estate was home to Simpson, her fiancé Eric Johnson and their baby girlMaxwell before they moved into the massive 11,000 square-foot Hidden Hills mansion earlier this year, before having their second child, Ace.
Sitting on a gated property, the house walls are covered in ivy and beautiful exposed beams run throughout the interior.
The kitchen is a chef's dream and there's a stone path leading out the back to a large pool in the yard.
Simpson's former home also features a spacious master suite, several fireplaces, a media room and numerous balconies/patios.
