Gisele Bundchen & Tom Brady Have PDA-Packed Day Out With Their Kids

Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady  spent an early fall day out with their kids and dog Saturday, and as our pictures show, this is one happy family!

The supermodel and the New England Patriots QB took their children, , 3, and Vivian, 10 months, along with Brady's six-year-old son, Jack Moynahan, for a stroll and a ride through Boston.

All three of the boys -- including dad Tom -- were on their switchboards, while Gisele carried little Vivian in a baby sack.
