Cuba Gooding Jr. has listed his Los Angeles-area estate for a stunning $11,995,000.
The Oscar-winner bought the property in 2000 and then spent two years renovating it from top to bottom, reports the real estate listing service, Redfin.
It sits on one of the most exclusive street in the celeb-favorite village of Pacific Palisades and is described as being for the "discriminating buyer."
So just what does $11,995,000 get you? The house has seven bedrooms, six baths and five fireplaces.
