Will & Jada Smith Selling Their Sprawling Calabasas Estate For $42 Million

Their 150-acre estate is one of the most glamorous owned by any Hollywood couple but now Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith have decided to unload their Calabasas compound, The Real Estalker is reporting.
The compound, featuring a 25,000 sq. ft. adobe-style main house was a cover story in Architectural Digest two years ago.
The property features a man-made lake, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts and a hotel-size pool.

The Smiths sold their Hawaii estate, on the island of Kauai , for $20 million in December, 2011.
But they still have plenty of places to call home, including an estate in Bryn Mawr, PA, just a stones throw from Will's native Philadelphia.
