Miley's latest unveiling came as she was was snapped in Paris taking a pic with a fan early Friday, sticking out her new trademark, the wild tongue.

The 20-year-old's saucier shtick as of late -- twerking on Robin Thicke at the VMAs, and appearing nude for a Terry Richardson-directed video -- has made the former Hannah Montana star one of the hottest stars in show biz over the past month.
