Pretty Woman’s Palatial Estate For Sale! Julia Roberts Lists Hawaiian Home For $17 Million

It pays to be a Pretty Woman. Julia Roberts is rolling in real estate and it looks like she may have put one of her ultra-luxurious Hawaiian homes on the market for a whopping $17 million and RadarOnline.com has the photos of the tropical getaway.
The breathtaking property on the North shore of Kauai has an open air home that is only 1,807 square feet with four bedrooms and three bathrooms on a cliff overlooking the Pacific Ocean according to Realestalker.
The Oscar winner, her husband Dany Moder and their three children can put their toes in sand in the 400 feet of ocean front property, but the site says it has an “excessively rocky shoreline.”
Julia’s Hawaiian-style ranch house has a great room with wide plank wood floors, with windows showcasing the sweeping views of the beach.
There is a screened in porch and a large lawn and a swing for the kids to play on outside.

Julia’s vacation home has a stunning refinished kitchen with a white porcelain apron sink, an island that doubles as a snack bar and “top quality appliances tucked discreetly behind the bead board cabinetry that someone had the chutzpah to paint a particularly fetching shade of tomato.”
Realestalker notes that there is not a direct link to Julia owning the property but” by a vaguely named trust that links back to the same Beverly Hills office of an accountant long known by celebrity property gossips like Your Mama to be associated with Miz Roberts as the rest of her many residential properties.”
