Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi have finally unloaded their ranch in the exclusive Hidden Hills gated community within Thousand Oaks, Calif.
The talk show titan had the ranch on and off the market in recent years. In June, she re-listed the 27-acre complex for $10,995,000. Two months later, she surprisingly upped the price to $12,995,000, possibly because she'd decide to include the fabulous furnishings, reports the real estate listing service, Redfin.

The property includes a main house, several cottages, a barn, riding rings, even a yoga pavilion.
The couple bought a $26 million home in Montecito earlier this year and Ellen has frequently been spotted at her favorite furniture store in the Santa Barbara suburb several times since then.
