Dina Eastwood, 48, filed a petition Monday in Monterey County Superior Court in California.

In the petition, she sought spousal support and physical custody of the couple's 16-year-old daughter, Morgan, from the 83-year-old, The Monterey County Herald first reported.
Dina also asked the court for leave to amend her filing once the extent of community and separate property is determined and "pursuant to a premarital agreement."
The Eastwoods had been married since 1996.
As RadarOnline.com previously reported, the Dirty Harry star hosted a hot 40-something blonde at his L.A. home in late August -- a woman later identified as Erica Tomlinson-Fisher, the ex-wife of the man who Dina has turned to in the wake of their split, University of Hawaii basketball coach Scott Fisher!
