Clint Eastwood's Wife Files For Legal Separation After Bizarre Wife Swap

Clint Eastwood's second wife has filed for legal separation from the four-time Oscar-winning actor and director, RadarOnline.com has confirmed.
Dina Eastwood, 48, filed a petition Monday in Monterey County Superior Court in California.

In the petition, she sought spousal support and physical custody of the couple's 16-year-old daughter, Morgan, from the 83-year-old, The Monterey County Herald first reported.

Dina also asked the court for leave to amend her filing once the extent of community and separate property is determined and "pursuant to a premarital agreement."
The Eastwoods had been married since 1996.
