There's no hiding it anymore -- Simon Cowell and his pregnant girlfriend, Lauren Silverman, are a couple in love.

Showing off her growing baby bump and holding hands with her The X Factor star baby daddy-to-be, Lauren couldn't have looked happier as she and Cowell took a stroll Friday.

The parents-to-be are vacationing in the south of France, and possibly also celebrating that Lauren and her husband, Andrew Silverman  (aka Cowell's former good friend) have quickly reached a settlement on their divorce and custody of their son.
