Kanye West: Being A Dad Has Given Me New Perspective On Taylor Swift Incident
Aug. 24 2013, Published 11:17 a.m. ET
After two months of fatherhood, Kanye West is a changed man.
The Through The Wire singer, speaking with Kris Jenner Friday, said that being a dad has "definitely" opened his eyes to the havoc he caused when he infamously interrupted Taylor Swift four years ago at the MTV VMAs to protest Beyonce losing out on the honors for her Single Ladies video.
"I was just like a crazy rock star," he said. "The last thing I would want to happen to my daughter is some some crazy, drunk black guy in a leather shirt to cut her off at an award show."
