Hurts So Good singer John Mellencamp's teen sons Hud and Speck were charged with battery resulting in serious bodily injury in a Bloomington, Ind. court Thursday, and we've got the details for you right here on RadarOnline.com.

Hud, 19, and Speck, 18, along with a third defendant named Ty A. Smith, 19, "punched, kicked and stomped" 19-year-old Alexander Bucy following a July 29 party at the man's home, according to a probable cause affidavit.

Speck threw the first punch against Bucy, court docs said, adding that the other two jumped in during the attack, which took place on Bucy's porch. Bucy had fractures in his face as the result of the attack, officials said, and doctors advised him to see a plastic surgeon.

Police said they were attempting to contact the brothers to work out an surrender arrangement; Smith turned himself in Thursday night, and was released after he posted a $5,000 surety and $500 cash bond.

Hud and Speck's mother is model Elaine Irwin, who divorced the Pink Houses singer two years ago.
