'Teen Mom' Jenelle Evans Thrown Back In Jail For Failing Drug Test

Jenelle Evans had the book thrown at her Monday morning when she failed a spontaneous court-ordered drug test and she was promptly thrown in jail RadarOnline.com has exclusively learned.

“Jenelle pleaded guilty to possession of drug paraphernalia and all the other charges were dismissed,” her attorney Dustin Sullivan told RadarOnline.com.

However, the judge ordered a drug test and she failed, testing positive for marijuana.

“The judge gave her 48 hours in jail for testing positive,” Sullivan confirmed.

Jenelle had been facing charges from her April 23 arrest for possession of heroin and assault and for that she was only given 18 months unsupervised probation.

Her estranged husband Courtland Rogers had been in the courthouse, but subsequently left, complaining to his Twitter followers “I had to leave before I heard them tell her !!! I know she will walk out of there for a fact with a smile on her face smdh #justice???”

Jenelle and Courtland are still legally married but they have both said that they plan to file for divorce as soon as possible.

She will be released Wednesday morning at 9:30am RadarOnline.com confirmed.
